Description
The Viemylu welding helmet combines an auto-darkening filter with skull and flames graphics. When the arc is struck, the filter switches automatically from the DIN 4 light state to the dark shade chosen between DIN 9 and DIN 13, so the darkening matches the job.
It is suitable for MIG, TIG and stick welding within the limits specified by the manufacturer and has a solar cell that helps power the filter. The helmet structure leaves the hands free to handle the torch, electrode and workpiece.
Before each use, it is advisable to check the integrity of the helmet and the operation of the filter, choosing the shade suited to the current used. The helmet weighs 800 g.
